Environmental Protection

 

A Gift to Nature Projects

 

    CLEAN UP DRIVES

        A clean up drive for four consecutive Saturdays in Brgy. Poblacion in coordination with the Barangay officials.

 

    MANGROVE TREE PLANTING

        In partnership with local government of Sorsogon, the club will plant 300 mangrove trees.

 

    TREE PLANTING

        The club will plant 30 trees at La Mesa Eco Park in support to rehabilitation of the La Mesa water shed

        The club will plant 100 trees beside the river in Brgy. San Antonio

 

     COASTAL CLEAN UP

         The club will participate at the international coastal clean up. The ICC will be held at Barangay Cuyab.

 

Peace and Conflict Resolution

     SEMINAR

         Seminar for Barangay Tanod and community workers.  The  club will invite barangay workers and peace keepers, 5 representatives per barangay.

 

Disease prevention and treatment

 

A gift of smile

       The club will conduct dental missions at Brgy. Poblacion and Brgy. Calendola.

 

A gift of life project

       A Medical Mission project to be conducted at Paradise Park, Brgy. San Antonio.

 

Water Sanitation

       The club will donate an artesian well to Sitio Yagit at Brgy. Poblacion.

 

Basic Education and Literacy

 

The First Gift

        The club will donate 100 school materials to two day care centers

 

Students Congress

         To convene all student leaders in San Pedro city:  Environmental Awareness

 

Mother and Child Health

        SEMINAR

            The club will hold a seminar on mother and child protection. 

 

       Bone Scanning for Mothers

             The club will organize bone scanning for mothers.
